At Pixie World, we want every treasure you receive to fill your heart with joy and wonder. If your magical delivery didn’t meet expectations, don’t worry—we’re here to help!

Returning an Item

• If your item arrives and it’s not quite what you expected, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original magical packaging.
• You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
• Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Faulty Items

• Oh no! If your parcel arrived with a broken charm or a bent wing:
• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
• We’ll wave our wand and either send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the case.

Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team of pixies:
• We'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item was damaged or incorrect).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges, but you can return your item (if eligible) and place a new order for the one you’d like instead.
